"Leadership is an action not a position" 🦋 I have lived the above quotation for years now , My journey of being a leader started when I was 15, From leading my school as the school captain and being the youngest Mentor of YAIF at 16, to the most defining chapter in my leadership story, bringing pride to my state by leading my team to the winning journey of National Entrepreneurship Challenge by IIT BOMBAY as the founder of E-cell DHSK , I have always believed that leading a team needs patience and understanding ,It's about recognizing that everyone brings something valuable to the table. I have worked and led teams having people of different age groups younger and older than me and this experience has taught me to be adaptable , to learn and to be the person I'm today ❤️.

I grew up seeing my mother as a leader , my motivation and my inspiration.From writing alphabets to giving public speech, My mother has been the person who taught me self confidence,self dependency and most importantly leadership, She made me the leader I'm today , At times when I see her up there on stage and thousands of people including me sitting down just to hear her, makes me forget that she is my mother the only thing I can see is a great speaker and a leader whom thousands of people admire, I'm proud to be her daughter ❤️.

Starting the kindness journey with the little paws , I just fed a bowl of milk to the little cat family living outside my house – those sweet "little feets" I see every day.

My sister, mother, and I were all resting with viral fevers yesterday afternoon when it suddenly started raining. With most people asleep, I quickly ran out to gather our clothes, along with my neighbours and gave those to them.

I make crochet items and there's one of my junior she always loved our creations and use to say whenever I have money I would surely buy one ,today as a small gesture and my love for her as a elder sister I gifted her one of my handmade flowers and the happiness I saw was worth it, she jumped with happiness and it made me the happiest.

As today was very hectic with lots of meets I couldn't give my family any time so in the evening after completing all my work I prepared snacks and tea for my family and spent some quality time with them ✨

I always make an effort to be kind to restaurant staff. Today, after a meal with friends at a favorite spot, I helped clear our plates and offered a small tip, thanking our server. Her grateful smile made my day .

The bonds of our college group had grown a bit "numb" after graduation. Thankfully, this past Sunday, I initiated a video call that brought us all back together, allowing us to reconcile and cherish those old memories once more.

While at the bank for urgent business today, I spotted an older woman having difficulty filling out her withdrawal slip. When I offered to help, she was very appreciative. This led to two more women nearby asking for my assistance, which I gladly gave.

Yesterday I had a few men come to install my wifi at home it was scorching heat outside so once they were done with their work I offered them cold drinks and some snacks to eat , they were so happy to have received the gesture.

There's this family i know from when I was very young, they have 1 daughter and son , the daughter is currently studying in class 8 but they don't have much to provide her with for her personal needs, so today I took out some of my clothes those were in good condition but I no more wear or don't fit me also some earrings and all and gave them all to her and the happiness she had was just satisfying.

Yesterday our house help lady brought her son with her as it was Sunday , he is studying in class 4 ,He lacks a lot of things children of his age have , They don't have a TV at home so I turned on the tv and played cartoon he was very happy to watch , during the ad he saw an ad of kinderjoy I heard him saying to his mom that he wants to have it too but he was too understanding for his age to be this understanding and said that whenever she has money she can buy him that, I felt a deep sadness I just went out and bought few chocolates and specially 2 kinderjoy for him , he was so happy and his happiness was too satisfactory to see.

My sister didn't have her dinner yesterday as she felt full but when we went to bed at 11:30 something she smirked at me and said that now she is hungry, I got up made her handaguri ( it's made with pre made powdered rice with some other ingredients, our cultural dish) I gave her that and obviously taunted her a lot , that's what sisters do 🍚😂

"A birthday made special with technology ' Today it was my friend's mother's birthday, when I was in Dibrugarh she always used to feed us tasty homemade food so to make her feel special while sitting far from Dibrugarh, I ordered few items from Instamart to her address, after receiving the surprise gift she called me instantly to show her gratitude.

My Grandma loves hearing mythical stories but due to her age her hearing has decreased a lot to 60% , She is never able to listen properly to those stories when played on TV, so today I played Ramayan on TV and connected my headphones 🎧 with it and put those on her after adjusting the volume accordingly, she was so happy to hear her favourite stories properly and her smile made my day ❤️

Grateful that I was born in a place where I'm surrounded by nature 🌲 🌿

Became a core reason for someone's happiness, with the help of NANO FI project I was able to help someone grow their little business, she visited me yesterday with so much gratefulness along with a bigger stock of items . I even bought 2 sarees from her for my mother, she thanked me for helping her increase her stock.

The day before yesterday I visited my maternal uncle's house, I have spent most of my childhood days there with so many memories, My aunt has done a lot for us so I bought a small gift a saree for her and gifted her that as I have started earning, she was so happy, it made my day ❤️

It's our mom's birthday today, me and my sister prepared a surprise gift for her and she was so happy , this made our day ❤️

Today I taught my grandmother to use our TV as she finds it very difficult with the tv not being the typical one . Now she keeps speaking to the assistant to play her favourite shows.

Grateful for 10 months of being a part of such an amazing family 🦋
