MY STORIES
Every time I head to the gym, I'm greeted by a furry friend! There's a sweet dog who seems to hang around the area. I always make sure to grab some milk and bread from the nearby shop before my workout. It's a small gesture, but it brings a smile to my face (and hopefully a wag to his tail!
Yesterday, after a refreshing workout, I was heading home with a thirst-quenching juice. As I stopped at the shop, I noticed a young boy sitting outside. In the spirit of sharing, I offered him a drink. His face lit up with a smile that instantly brightened my day! A simple gesture, but it reminded me of the joy that comes from spreading kindness.

On my morning gym run yesterday, I saw a flustered young man sprinting down the sidewalk. He was clearly running late for something, glancing anxiously at his watch. Turns out, he was missing his college bus stop! Knowing how important catching that bus can be, I offered him a lift. His relieved smile as he hopped in made my morning workout completely worth it. #1000StoriesOfKindness #WeMakeAwesomeStories
Recently, I gifted my father a brand new phone. The moment he unwrapped it, It was a mix of surprise and a deep-seated pride that filled me with warmth. We spent the whole afternoon setting it up, a hilarious father-son tech adventure. My paycheck bought more than a phone, it bought a memory of kindness that will stay with us forever.
Walking home with Mom, we saw a glum boy. We had snacks - chips and apples. Nudging Mom, I offered him an apple. His eyes lit up! Sharing a small treat filled our hearts with sunshine. #1000StoriesOfKindness #WeMakeAwesomeStories
Stuck in a long line at the grocery store yesterday, I noticed an elderly woman struggling to reach to packet on the high shelf. Without hesitation, I politely offered to grab it for her. Her grateful smile and relieved sigh made the extra wait completely worth it. #1000StoriesOfKindness #WeMakeAwesomeStories
Today, while grabbing groceries, I spotted a sight that tugged at my heartstrings. A woman and her restless child looked down on their luck outside the shop. With a hunch, I grabbed a carton of milk and offered it with a smile. The mom's surprised eyes welled up with gratitude, and the child's face lit up brighter than any grocery aisle light. A simple carton, a big difference, a reminder that kindness comes in all shapes and sizes. #1000StoriesOfKindness #WeMakeAwesomeStories
Two fruit stands, one bustling, one lonely. Everyone flocked to the first, but I chose the second with the kind old man. His smile when I bought his fruit warmed my heart more than summer sunshine. A small choice, a big impact. #1000StoriesOfKindness #WeMakeAwesomeStories
Long time no see, mandir. This morning, the city hummed as I walked through the familiar doors, greeted by incense and chants. The quiet calmed my racing mind. Not a grand gesture, but a kind act to myself - a reconnection with peace. #1000StoriesOfKindness #WeMakeAwesomeStories
Traveling yesterday, I witnessed a sweet moment of connection. An elderly couple was visibly struggling with the airport's digital check-in process. Their faces mirrored a mix of confusion and frustration. Without hesitation, I stepped in to lend a hand. Guided them through the steps, one by one, until their boarding passes were finally printed. Their relief and gratitude were evident, and they showered me with blessings. A small act of kindness, a big impact on their journey. #1000StoriesOfKindness #WeMakeAwesomeStories
Yesterday, after landing at Delhi's Terminal 2, I had a quick connection to Terminal 3. Amidst the hustle and bustle, I noticed a young boy looking visibly lost and anxious. He seemed to be navigating the airport for the first time. Understanding his distress, I approached him with a reassuring smile. He explained he was alone and couldn’t find his way to Terminal 3. Calming his nerves, I assured him we could figure it out together. Luckily, my next flight was also from Terminal 3. I guided him through the airport, pointing out clear directions and landmarks. Reaching Terminal 3, his face lit up with relief. He thanked me profusely, and I wished him a safe journey. It was a small act of kindness, but the gratitude in his eyes made it truly rewarding. #1000StoriesOfKindness #WeMakeAwesomeStories
last Sunday, my family and i embarked on a delightful exploration of Bhopal. During dinner, we overheard a family discussing their upcoming visit. They seemed excited yet unsure about the must-visit places. Seeing an opportunity to share our experience, I couldn't resist offering suggestions. Their eyes lit up with anticipation as I shared anecdotes about our day. It felt wonderful to be able to contribute to their upcoming adventure. #1000StoriesOfKindness #WeMakeAwesomeStories
Today and every day, I'm grateful for my family. Their love, support, and encouragement make every day brighter.
Went to the bus station to see off my brother, and while waiting, I noticed a man looking confused and a bit anxious. He was struggling to figure out which bus to take and where to board from. I stepped in, talked to the conductor, and helped him find the right bus. It was a small moment, but his relief and gratitude were heartwarming.
Yesterday morning, I saw a little puppy shivering outside the gym. He looked hungry and scared, so I went to a nearby shop and got some milk and bread. He wagged his tail and finished it all in minutes. It was such a small act, but it made my morning so much better too.
Today, as I was returning from the gym, I saw the same puppy I fed yesterday. The moment he spotted me, he rushed over wagging his tail and started licking my shoes like we were old friends. It honestly felt like he was the one spreading kindness today. Sometimes, animals remind us how pure love and gratitude can be.
Stopped by the local shop yesterday and saw a young boy trying to buy some candies. He was a few rupees short, so I paid the difference without thinking much. He looked up, smiled wide, and said a soft thank you that genuinely made my day.
On my way back home, I saw a father walking with his little son in his arms. They looked like they’d been walking a long distance, so I stopped and offered them a ride. He hesitated at first but then smiled and accepted. That short ride ended with a soft “thank you” — but the peace on their faces said much more.
At the gym today, I saw a fellow member struggling with his last few reps on the incline chest press. Without thinking twice, I stepped in to assist and gave him a quick spot. Sometimes, a little support is all someone needs to finish strong.
