*Empowering Young Women : The "Being A Girl " Project :✨* We are excited to share our idea for the 10-10-10 Campaign - *" Being a girl"* is a project where we want to be that person who understands a girl when they are not mature enough to understand themselves, This project aims to support young girls during a crucial period of self-discovery, addressing the unique challenges they face. Schools play a vital role in a child's education, yet many lack the essential facilities to ensure that girls feel comfortable and confident in their bodies, Do you know In India, 25% of girls aged between 10 and 19 miss school when they are on their period , *Reasons -* • Fear of getting spots on their uniform. •Lack of access to sanitary products: The unavailability of sanitary napkins within the school environment can create significant barriers to attendance. *Our plan* - We will be installing a sanitary pad vending machine to a school and collaborating with school authorities that the machine will be refilled from time to time and taken care of so that each and every girl feels safe and stress free when getting periods during school hours. *How it Works:* •We will purchase a sanitary pad vending machine with an initial stock of 30 pads. • An additional 30 pads will be provided to the school for the first refill. •The school will be responsible for ongoing refills, ensuring continuous access for all girls. •Educate the students how to maintain hygeine and use the vending machine. Impact: • Young girls will feel safer and comfortable during school hours. • Reducing school absenteeism. We are seeking individuals interested in joining us for the campaign in empowering Young girls. If you are interested in joining please reach out to us or comment in this thread 🤝.

Grateful for all the best moments with friends 🦋
Grateful for my cozy room during this bad weather🦋
To my incredible, self-made mother. I've seen my Mom turn hardship into triumph which has been the most powerful lesson. She never let us feel like we were missing out, even when times were tough. Her strength is my strength. She built our world with her own hands. Her unwavering spirit is my guiding light, In a cherished photograph, a moment of pride is frozen, a result of my mother's dedication and hard work. There she stands, sixth from the right, amidst a group of accomplished individuals, her face radiating pride and accomplishment. And beside them, the iconic Kiran Bedi, India's first woman IPS officer, a beacon of inspiration for generations.

Grateful for the people I have in my life 💕
I truly appreciate the love and warmth that comes with homemade meals.
Grateful for Kindness Month as our team plans to perform many random acts of kindness.🦋
Grateful for the upcoming opportunities 🦋
I prepared my parents' favourite meal today, and their joy was absolutely heartwarming! Seeing their smiles made all the effort worthwhile.
Today, I cooked my parents' favourite meal, and it brought them such joy. Being away for my higher studies made me realise how much I missed being with them. Now that I'm home, I will always try to take care of them.
Yesterday, despite being unwell, I took my mother and sister to the hospital and cared for them, all while also looking after my own needs. A little kindness for my family and myself 💓
I fed a cat and her little kitten earlier. With the heavy rain making it so challenging for the mother to find food, I took the opportunity to feed them. It’s heart-wrenching to think of her struggling in such a way.
I took some time this morning to reach out to my childhood friends with heartfelt compliments, knowing that everyone is facing challenges while navigating adulthood. Deep down, we all need appreciation and encouragement a simple act of kindness which made them smile ☺️
Grateful that I have eyes to notice little things 🦋
I sat down and helped my grandma learn how to use the smartphone's features. She has always been the most enthusiastic person when it comes to learning new things. Helping your family or someone learn things they don't know without making them feel dumb is one of the kindest acts a person can do.
Today, an aunt from a nearby village came by to pick up a parcel, as she doesn't have access to online delivery services. We offered our address for her future orders, hoping to make things a bit easier for her. I could see the heat was weighing on her, so I quickly offered her some cold water to help her cool down. As she was, I invited her to join us for lunch. At first, she was hesitant, but I insisted so she agreed. During the meal, she expressed her admiration for my mother’s parenting and shared her gratitude for my small act of kindness, she also told us that she was really hungry. It was a beautiful moment, reminding me of how vital connection and generosity are in our lives.

An old lady(Nani)who lives in our neighborhood has no family and lives alone. She visits us sometimes, and I always enjoy listening to her stories and old tales. Last Saturday, during her visit, she shared how difficult it is for her to even manage one meal a day. My heart sank when I heard this, so I went to the kitchen and offered her a meal for the entire day, as well as some vegetables for her to cook the next day, I also told her to come to us whenever she needs anything. She was so relieved and smiled the whole time she talked.
I sincerely appreciate the patient guidance and steadfast support from my colleagues. Your encouragement inspires me to keep learning and growing, even during my challenging moments. Thank you for being there for me 🦋
Grateful for all the love my father has for me, i appreciate everything he does for me☺️🦋
