MY STORIES
As we all know, it's been flooding and raining heavily, and she hasn't been able to get enough food. She asked for some flour, and when I gave it to her, I felt an incredible sense of relief and inner peace. The feelings are indescribable.#1000storiesofkindness
No one should ever go hungry. By God's grace, if we have enough food to eat, we should share some of our portion with others. These small acts of kindness play a major and positive role in everyone's mental health. As long as you share with someone, you will experience healing.#1000storiesofkindness
My love for dogs is irreplaceable. The day I lost my dog, Jerry, I felt like I lost a part of myself. For the past three years, I have dedicated myself to caring for and loving the approximately 20 street dogs in my community. I am grateful to have the opportunity to share a glimpse of my daily routine with you all today.
Providing birdseed and water for birds is an act of kindness that has a profound impact. Our simple acts of care not only help birds thrive but also bring joy and serenity to our own lives. Sharing our resources with these wonderful creatures is a reminder of the interconnectedness of all living beings and the small ways we can make a big difference.
Every child deserves a full plate and a bright future. Kindness begins with ensuring no child goes hungry. Together, we can achieve zero hunger. The pure, innocent eyes of these children brought tears to my eyes. We should be grateful for every moment of our lives.
Kindness is feeding the hungry, sharing our abundance, and nurturing hope. Food given with love can nourish both the body and the soul.
Feeding cats is an act of love that fills their hearts and ours. Each meal shared with these gentle creatures strengthens the bond of trust and affection, reminding us that kindness speaks in purrs and soft nuzzles.
As you all know, my endless affection for dogs shines through. Meet Oreo, my neighbor's dog. After playfully bounding up the stairs, he was panting, so I brought him inside and and provided him with water and food.🐾
After a long and exhausting day, I decided to treat myself to a cup of coffee, and unexpectedly, someone else's kindness and message brought a smile to my face.
Today, I spent time in the park listening to someone who was crying and struggling with their mental health. Patiently listening to others is the greatest act of kindness. It fills your heart with warmth and satisfaction, often without realizing how thankful that person may be or the impact you've had in preventing them from taking a wrong step.
I am grateful to my mum for this. With her help, I learned to show kindness by giving flour to the ants. Even the smallest creatures on Earth matter.

Grateful today for a better life, embracing the present, and letting go of the past.🍁
Today, I am grateful for the gift of music, it colors the silence with sound and endless inspiration.
Gave sandwich to an old uncle sitting alone near the Restro. He smiled gently and said, “I was really hungry, thank you.” It was a simple moment, but it meant a lot.
I fed a hungry street dog today, and it wagged its tail with joy. In that moment, I felt the purest form of love and gratitude.
Here’s a simple and short kindness story for feeding a cow: I gently fed a cow some roti today; it looked at me with calm, thankful eyes. In that quiet moment, I felt a deep connection—pure, silent kindness.
I gave chips and chocolates to a little girl who was happily playing nearby. Her innocent smile made it feel like I had given her the whole world.
I gently watered the thirsty plants outside my building today — their revived green leaves felt like silent thank-yous in return.
I donated my old clothes to a shelter nearby they were worn by someone who needed them more than I did. Seeing someone smile in something I once loved made letting go feel beautiful.
