MY STORIES
Daily, when our family cooks food, we have a habit of making 3-4 extra chapatis to feed the dogs that come to our house
Yesterday, my Bua Ji and cousin came to our house. Bua Ji asked me to guide them, but I suggested giving children the freedom to choose their own subjects and careers. If they need any specific career advice, I am happy to help. However, let them decide what they want to become. I also mentioned that they should always ask questions when they have doubts. Hesitating or feeling shy will hinder them in the long run.
Whenever I water the plants, i always clean and refill the pot so that birds or dogs can drink from it
there is potholes on our village road me and my friends fill it with gravely and cement after that we put 2-3 branches on it so that everyone avoid that pothole until it get fixed.
yesterday I help children to clean ground where we play cricket in evening.
today I bought a steel bottle.. because with every trip or outing I usually buy plastic bottle but than I feel I should minimise the use of plastic wastes and that's it I'll carry my steel bottle always with me so I can use it
My School friend is struggling financially and mentality , so he called me. we talked after long time and I assured him that he can call me anytime. i told him that if he needs anything, he can call me and I will do everything I can to help.
today I was waiting for my delivery so delivery boy ask me to come on mandir near my house so when I went there i carried water bottle with me . so when he reached I offer him water .
yesterday I went to daulatpur to buy some vegetables. there, I saw an old man selling vegetables. Instead of buying from a shop, i bought vegetables and mangoes from him, all the vegetables were homegrown.
today I gave tennis ball to children playing near our house . they thanked me and also offer me to play with them.
Yesterday evening, I came home from my run and saw Mom working in the kitchen. I felt bad because I hadn't helped her in a long time. So, I stayed and helped her. She told me to rest, but I wanted to spend time with her. Then, she made me my favorite halwa as a thank you. It was a nice moment with Mom.
Yesterday, my friends and I created swing on Banyan tree, continuing a beloved tradition in our village. during the sawan months, it's customary for us to tie swing.we also made halwa and distributed it among children, spreading happiness 😊.
I am grateful to life for giving me opportunity to be strong and mindful
Heartfelt Thank You to My Mentor, Avneet Kaur From the very first day at 1Gen, I had the privilege of being guided by an incredible mentor, Avneet Kaur. She wasn’t just a senior; she was a constant source of support, wisdom, and encouragement. Her belief in my potential, patience in my learning, and guidance through challenges have played a huge role in shaping my career. She taught me not just how to be a better developer but also how to approach problems with confidence and a growth mindset. Avneet, your mentorship has made a lasting impact on me, and I’ll always be grateful for your unwavering support. Thank you for inspiring me to grow and for always leading by example.
There was an elderly woman in my village who had recently bought a new feature phone. She was struggling to understand how to use it. I helped her by explaining the basic operations like making calls and sending messages. I also set the wallpaper on her phone with a photo of her Guru ji. She was very happy and blessed me with a big smile.
There was a child in our village who needed help with getting admission to ITI , i stepped in and did what I could to support him. it might seem like a small gesture, but to me it means alot . i feel genuinely grateful that I was in a position to help.
