MY STORIES
#1000storiesofkindness I have a little cousin brother who stays just near my house. since there was flood he came to stay with us in our house. Last week, Tuesday I was doing some home work out as I was not able to go to the gym. So my cousin who is just 8 years old, he came up to me and asked why am I doing all these and what will happen if I do it. So after my work out I went to him and explained the need to exercising and eating healthy meals. Surprisingly the very next day he woke up with me at 6:30 and said "Bhaiya I want to work out with you, could you kindly show me some exercises". I was so delighted to see his enthusiasm and we did our work out together. He was very passionate about it and did his exercises very well . Later during meal time he also had his greens and completed his meal. I felt good since it will help in his growth and will be in a better health. Till today he is waking up with me and keeping up with the exercises and healthy meals.
This Last week on Thursday, we were having the maximum level of flood in our area when people had to vacate and take shelter in tents which are on high grounds . People were forming groups and helping out the needy and I participated in distributing Water in containers. I saw the relief in their faces when they were drinking the water and that eased up my mind and heart.
This Saturday afternoon , I was in line at a grocery shop near my house.Beacuse of the flood there was only one grocery shop who was open and for that it was too busy. At that time I noticed an elderly woman ahead of me frantically searching her purse. She looked flustered and embarrassed as the line grew longer behind her. Understanding her distress, I stepped forward and quickly paid for her groceries which wasn't that much . Surprised and grateful, she turned to me with a smile and thanked me warmly, explaining that she had forgotten her wallet at home. That simple act of kindness brightened her up, and she left the shop with a renewed sense of hope. As I was walking back to my house I felt a deep sense of satisfaction, knowing I made a positive difference in someone else's day.
Yesterday evening, I spotted an elderly vegetable vendor struggling to push his thela through the water as there is still flood in our area. He was having a hard time, the wheels almost submerged and his sandals were slipping on the wet ground. Without a second thought, I approached him and offered my help. Together, we braced against the cold water, pushing the cart through the flooded street. Despite the difficulty, we moved steadily, exchanging stories and encouragement along the way. He was very funny and he said he has a son who is around my age and that he is studying in one of the colleges nearby. After much effort, we finally reached a higher ground. The old man, drenched but smiling, thanked me profusely and insisted I take some vegetables as a token of gratitude. I accepted, feeling a warm sense of fulfillment. When I came back to my house my mum asked me that why did I buy vegetables since we already have in stock. I told her the story and she smiled and patted my head. In that brief moment, amidst the flood, I felt like a simple act of kindness had made a world of difference.
So the floodwaters had receded slightly, but the streets are still submerged near our house . The power had been out and they are giving electricity for 4 hours per day . Today, the electrician arrived to fix the electric pole near our house. Seeing him approach, i put on my boots and grabbed an umbrella if it needed, ready to assist. "Hi, I'm here to fix the pole," the electrician said, wading through the water. "Thanks for coming," I replied. "I know it's not easy working in these conditions. How can I help?" He smiled, appreciating the offer. "Could you hold the ladder steady while I climb up?" I nodded and steadied the ladder, making sure it didn’t slip on the wet ground. As he worked, I kept an eye out for any potential hazards, ensuring his safety. Despite the challenges, the electrician managed to fix the pole, restoring power to the neighborhood. Before he left, I handed him a hot cup of tea in our house and some dry towels to wipe his head. "Thank you for your help," he said, gratefully. Then he left.
My mother had an important online meeting yesterday that would last the entire day. Knowing how stressed she was, I decided to help out with the household chores. While she was busy in her meeting, I started by washing the dishes. I even did a load of laundry and folded the clothes. By lunchtime, I prepared a simple meal . When her meeting finally ended, she emerged from her room looking exhausted but relieved. Seeing the meal ready for her, she smiled and gave me a big hug, thanking me for my help. It was a small gesture, but it made her day a lot easier.
Today, as I was coming back to my house through the flooded streets , I noticed a group of stray dogs huddled together on a small patch of dry land. The flood had made it impossible for them to find any food, and they looked thin and hungry, their eyes pleading for help. Determined to do something, I gathered supplies like dog food and some towels. Wading through the water, I reached the stranded dogs. Carefully, I approached them. I poured the food into the bowls and laid the towels down so that they can sleep in them. Slowly, the dogs came forward, sniffing the air. Once they realized I meant no harm, they eagerly devoured the food, tails wagging. And I have decided to provide them with food everyday till the food recedes completely and they will be able to gather food themselves.
Due to the power cut electricity is still out for most households, including ours. We had ordered an inverter to ensure our family could get through the blackout comfortably. The thelawala (cart-puller) was tasked with delivering this inverter. Despite the flooded streets, the thelawala showed up at our doorstep, soaked to the skin but with our inverter safe and sound. Moved by his dedication, I invited him inside, offered him a warm cup of tea, and some snacks. Grateful and smiling, he sipped the tea, his eyes reflecting appreciation. Before he left, I handed him some little extra money, thanking him for his effort and kindness. His eyes lit up with gratitude, and he left with a lighter heart and a warmer body.
Yesterday evening, I went on a walk to the banks of the mighty river brahmaputra. As I was walking I saw a bunch of homeless kids wandering around. I asked one of them if they want to have ice cream as it was very hot yesterday. All 7 of them came running when they heard me asking one of their friends. Seeing the joy and excitement in their eyes made me feel satisfied. As I bought ice cream for each one of them they joked around themselves and went on their way.
Yesterday as it was Sunday me and my family decided to go out for dinner but my mom suddenly had to attend one urget chore in my Grandmother's house so she rushed over there. My dad and I was alone so we decided to cancel the plan. Seeing my dad's mood off, I decided to cook a tasty meal which was Jeera Rice and Butter Chicken. When my mom came back she was being sorry to my dad and she was very happy to see me cook. When I called out my dad for dinner , he was overwhelmed with joy and happiness as she saw the tasty meals on the dining table. My dad is a very conservative person and he doesn't show his emotions that much, but yesterday he smiled and his mood cheered up as we had our dinner.
Tonight I decided to do a small act of kindness by cleaning all the used utensils after our meal. Usually it is done by our helper didi every morning. I think this act will help her to do her tomorrow's chores easily.
Today when I woke up, I went out simply to see the weather and the sky. There i saw a person whose car broke down just nead our lane. I asked him what happened and he said that his car suddenly shut down and he doesn't know what to do. I checked it myself but couldn't find anything troublesome. So I called my brother, half asleep he came to help and sorted the car while I pushed the car to give a kick start. The car started and the person thanked us for helping him out.
Today while walking on the street to get some groceries , I saw some kids fighting (probably students of 6th or 7th standard) . As others just kept passing by or just waiting to see some action I went ahead and broke the fight. Still they were eager to fight each other so I scolded them by saying just one line "one day when you will have kids would you like to see them fighting and getting hurt? , so think how would your parents feel once they see you getting all beaten up and dirty", I spoke in my native language of course. Once they were calm I told the bystanders that "I think you all should have stepped up and stopped them before the fighting started." Then I listened to both the parties about the reason of their fight. It was some jealousy issue that one guy did not let the other one hit the penalty in a football match. I explained them that it's just a part of a game and you shouldn't be fighting for these kind of silly reasons. Once everything seemed calm and cool I asked them to go back to their homes.
Yesterday evening, while going to the gym I saw a fellow gym partner who was walking to the gym. As I was on my bike i caught up to him and asked him if he was deliberately walking to burn calories or if his vehicle broke down. He said that his bike did not start and therefore he decided to walk which I'm turn will help him to burn down calories as well but soon he regreted his decision as the sun was still up and it was too hot to walk. So i asked if he was willing to ride with me and he said yes. So we went to the gym and me, him and one more friend of mine completed our work out together.
I was noticing my gym partner having trouble losing weight and trim down his fats. He said whenever he diets he loses weight but not fats. He was not able to lift properly too as he was low on calories. So I suggested him my diet plans and his protein intake, along with that I told him that I will share my whey protein as I had ordered one extra for the next month. With this his mood brighten up and said that he will follow up and see if it works or not.
Yesterday, My mum had went to a medical centre for a check up as she was having some red marks on her ankle. She got her reports from a nurse and the nurse had asked her to go to the Cancer Ward. She got scared and called my dad, she started crying and panicking over the call about the fact that she was send to the Cancer ward. My dad asked me to immediately rush for the medical centre. I called up my two masis (mother's younger sisters) and told them about the incident. They asked me to pick them up and I immediately rushed off. On my way I informed my team mates about my situation and asked them to convey to our Lead about my urgency and also that I tried taking an emergency leave but the app was showing some error. I picked both of my masis on the way and rushed over to the medical centre. Upon reaching there we saw my mom sitting in the waiting area , seeing our faces had definitely eased up her mind. One of my masi and my mum went to the doctor's cabin while me and another masi waited outside. They came out after 10 minutes and the doctor said that it's nothing serious but only a blood clot in one of her veins which needs to be operated next month. After that we all went back home with a relived state of mind. I shared this story not because we went to my mom who was in need, it was our responsibility to be there for her. I shared this story because my team mates helped me out so much yesterday, especially Aniket who had send the reports of my mom to his sister who is a doctor and relieved me of the stress even before getting any information from the doctor in the medical centre.
Today, i saw our house helper a bit tired and weak. I asked her what happened and she said she was not feeling well. So I went to a nearby pharmacy and brought her some ORSL, also some fruits from the nearby fruit vendor . I asked her to rest in our guest room till she feels better and can go home later.
I saw my dad having difficulty opening up the bean cans today. So yesterday while going to the gym I went to a shop and bought a can opener so that it will help him open up any cans.
So I went to a shop today to buy some groceries and also bought a chocolate bar for myself. When I came back my mom saw me munching on the chocolate bar and she asked me what flavour is it. I told her it was peanuts flavour and offered her a bite but she refused , it's her way of saying "why are you giving me a small piece, you could have bought me one too". It's her habit and we know about it , sometimes parents can be childish too 💕 . So today while coming back from the gym I bought lots of chocolates for her and gave it to her. Since it was wrapped she didn't knew what it was and kept aside as she watching something in the television. Later on when she opened up the packaging she came to me and hugged me with a big joyful smile.
There's a small kid probably of age 10 or 11 . He stays in one of our rent house with his mother and father. Just an hour ago he came back from his school and directly came to visit me. I asked my mom not to allow anyone to come to my room since I am working. I heard my mom telling him not to go to my room and I rushed out of my room to visit him. I told my mom that it's fine, I'll send him in 15 minutes. He hopped on my bed and started playing games on my console. He liked playing so much that when his mother came to call him , he did not wanted to go so i told him that he can take my console to his room and return it to me once he is done with it. His face lit up with joy and went with his mother while playing on the console.
I decided to be kind to myself by buying a pair of non marking shoes and gutting my tennis racquet for my tennis classes since my old shoes were getting gripless and my racquet strings were low on tension.
There's a boy in our house as a tenant who's been living in our house since 2014, he is two years younger than me . He goes to college and even works at a grocery store as a helper. He lives alone and does all his chores by himself. Recently it was his birthday and i completely forgot about it. He doesn't have that many friends too also he doesn't have any sort of social media platform. I write everyone's birthday in my calendar so that I don't forget , yet I still forgot his. So yesterday I and some of our neighbour friends held up a surprise birthday party for him. He reached home around 9 pm and we went to his room with cake , lots of snack and a music player. We started celebrating his birthday with full bash and later when the party was over we apologized for forgetting his birthday. He said he wasn't expecting any of these to happen and was so grateful. I really felt his words and that made up my day as well.
Today in the morning around 7 am, my brother was getting ready to work when he noticed that his bike wasn't starting and making some weird noises. He did not come to ask me to drop him off since I was having my work. My dad came up to me and told me the whole story and asked me if I could drop him. I took the car keys and immediately went to him and told him that I will drive you to work. We had a good chat in the car on the way and I told him to call me up once his work hours are over so that I can pick him up
Today my mother asked me to fetch somethings from the market and during my shopping I saw an elderly man sleeping by the roadside in front of a shop. Everybody ignore the person, but that person was wearing heavy winter clothes and also had a blanket wrapped around him. I went up to him and asked him that why was he wearing such clothes and a blanket. He promptly replied that he doesn't have any other clothes and also that he likes his blanket so he sleeps covering himself with it everyday. I asked him to wait there and I quickly went and bought two pair of shorts and two Tee shirts also some food. When I came and gave him all the stuff he thanked me with a joyous smile and blessed me.
Yesterday was my younger cousin's birthday. This is the same cousin which got motivated by my words and started working out. So i have never baked a cake before, and yesterday I decided to do so. I called my elder brother to the kitchen and asked him to help me bake a cake, i even asked my mashi (mother's little sister) and they helped me to bake a beautiful cake. We even decided to cook his favorite meat which is slow cooked smoked pork. When we presented him with all these he was overjoyed with happiness and gave me a hug. That look on him was so precious for me.
Yesterday evening, I went for a walk and there in a junction I saw an elderly man waiting to cross the road. I went up to him and waited near him. When our turn came to cross the road I went up to him and hold his hand while we crossed the road together. Upon reaching the other side of the road he thanked me graciously and we shared a smile.
Today my younger cousin seemed very troubled as he was not able to install a new drive on his PC . It's understandable since he is just 12 years old. At his age I did not even understand the meaning of PC drive, he is really smart. Seeing him troubled I went up to him and asked about the issue and when he explained I quickly installed a new drive and he was happy as ever.
* ELEMENT PROGRAM * First of all, I would like to thank Paul for initiating such a wonder program and I would also like to thank Gurpinder, Udhira and Gursimran for volunteering and sharing their valuable experiences about their journey. It was such a wonderful session with various insights and knowledge. I would love to be a part of the ELEMENT Program and I am very excited to learn all the new ways and strategies to handle various challenges. I am very sure that this program will bring out the best version of myself. 🦋❤ Thank you.
2015 July, I was in a district called Duliajan which is 4 hours away from my home. I am a Lawn Tennis Player and I went to play my under 14 tournament there. I was playing the best matches of my life and I was qualified for my semi finals. While playing my semi final match, I was leading with set score 2-1 and I just had to win one more set to reach my first glorious under 14 finals. It was my service game when I twisted my ankle and I was on the ground crying like anything. My coach and medical attention was called onto the court. I got 3 hours of medical break and if I don't return within 3 hours , I would be disqualified and my opponent would be given a Walk-Over. The doctor said it's a minor sprain and I will be fine after a couple of days. The pain was excruciating and I was not able to walk properly for which I was devastated, I was crying and bawling my eyes out. My mom and my brother was there but I did not want any company. My coach on the other hand, he came and asked me a simple question. The question still remains a mystery in my head and I have asked him several times but he wouldn't comply. The question goes like this "Are you willing to ignore the pain and reach your finals (finals is on the next day) or are you gonna accept the pain and quit here, it's your choice" I could not understand in that moment, that why is he still giving me an option whether I am willing to play or not because if I play with that pain, I was sure that my injury will become worse. I already accepted my defeat in my mind when I was on the ground. But somehow I thought to myself that I might not get a second chance to play under 14 since i was already 13 years old and only two tournaments were left for the under 14. I stopped crying and told my coach that I will play. We went back on the court, I was crippling and my brother and coach was helping me to reach the court. The Chair Umpire asked me if I would like to continue and I replied "YES". With that yes, I was willing to forget my pain and my crippled ankle and stepped onto the court. My opponent came and even wished me luck and I wished him back . I continued my service game and I lost but I did not give up on the match since I was already on the lead. With that mindset that I have to reach the finals i don't know how I managed but I was hitting the best forehands ever. I had only one thought in my mind "I have to win, I have to win... There's no option of losing" And the best part is when I defeated him with a set score of 3-2 and a match duration of 2 hours 50 mins (excluding the medical attention) . Although I lost the finals I was still ranked in under 14 division. That day I realised something that I can achieve anything I want, anything, I just have to be focused in my mind on what I want and be determined for it. That was a huge turning point of my life since that moment taught me that i should "NEVER GIVE UP NO MATTER WHAT" #ELEMENT2024
Throughout my life, my elder brother had always been an inspiration to me. My brother had achieved so many feats that I and my family are so proud of him. In our family we were never compared with each other. Although he is 8 years elder to me, he still treated me as his own son. At a certain point of my life I felt the fear of losing someone, the fear of losing my elder brother , not because he was suffering from any disease or anything like that. But he was going to Punjab for his higher studies for 4 years. I was in my 9th standard when this happened. I am a person who likes to hide my emotions and act tough but that day when he was about to leave I cried and surprisingly my brother cried too. I just could not let him go. I regretted so much for not sharing my feelings with him when was here but I felt a huge relief after crying while hugging him. He went for his higher studies, got a good job, now married too, I am happy for him. That day I realised two things 1. We don't learn the value of something or someone until it's gone. 2. We have to open up and speak our feelings out at "the moment", we don't have to hide our feelings and we just have to let it out because we don't know when we will get the next chance to do so. #ELEMENT2024
When I was in my 10th standard my dad had a huge loss in his business, we had to sell our land where we had build rent houses(one source of income) , our car, bike and some of my mom's jewelry. We almost lost our home but with God's grace it was saved. Our own families refused to help us. Those were some of the darkest and painful days of my life. My dad is a very planned person and he did not allow all these to effect mine nor my elder brother brother's studies. Although we were in very bad shape but we did not give up and since it was my matriculation exams, I always got an environment where there was no conversation about family problems or financial problems. They used to ask only about my studies and preparations, nothing else. Slowly and steadily by the time I gave my exams I saw those warm smiling faces back as my dad was recovering from the loss and finally we were able to get steady. That situation had taught me so many things like how to sacrifice my unnecessary needs, how to save money, how to trust people, how to adjust to environments like those, how to communicate in a way where I can comfort people, how to understand emotions, how to provide a helping hand. That particular image holds many memories as it was clicked on the result day of my Matriculation Exam. #ELEMENT2024

I am so grateful that I have an elder brother who guides me in every step of my life. I am very grateful to God for giving me two Fathers to protect and guide me throughout this tough battle of life. No matter how many mistakes I did, my value in their life has never decreased and he still treats me like a 5 year old, that same energy and that same childish behaviour. This movie "The Boss Baby" is one of our favorite movies which relates to our lives so much ❤
I am grateful to the nature for providing us with everything we need. All our neccessites can be found in the nature. Everytime I am in some confusion I look at the Mighty Brahmaputra River and it calms me down so much.
I am deeply grateful for my parents as they brought me in this world and gave me a chance to explore LIFE. They are the pillar stones of my life who have supported me throughout everything. The person I am today is all because of my parents. Their hard work and dedication has always been a motivation for me. I am very thankful to God for this beautiful blessing.
I am so grateful for my beautiful girlfriend who has always been there for me. I have always believed that if a person has seen your worst side and still decides to stay and support you then he/she is the one. She has seen every side of mine and she never left me. She is my strength and source of motivation. The effort that she has put to keep our relationship healthy cannot be described in words. We believe that we can solve any challenge in our lives by mutually deciding and coming to a solution. No words are enough to describe my love and respect for her and I am so grateful to God for blessing us with each other.❤
I am taking a moment to display my gratitude towards myself, my health, my body, my mind and my peace. Throughout the journey of life there's one single person who has always pushed me to a greater height, ME. There was a time where I was not taking good care of my health and body, but still my body did not give up. My body always gives me warnings if I am not taking good care of it. I am grateful for sports like Lawn Tennis, Cricket, Badminton etc. I am also grateful to gym which have shaped me up and cheers to a healthy life style 🦋

Sometimes I forget how rich I am. Every morning I wake up at a comfortable bed. I have hot water to shower and clean clothes to wear. If I want I can get my desired food at a grocery store which is only 5 minutes away. I am heathy, I can walk, I can run, I can turn my light switch on and off. I am surrounded by love and care. Sometimes I just forget all these little things for which I am really grateful for. ❤

I am so grateful for the ELEMENT Leadership Program that is helping us to grow in such unique ways. I never imagined I will be able to grow this much in such short amount of time. I am eternally grateful to Paul and the Coaches for giving us this opportunity and guiding us.
I am grateful for the vast sky which protects us from many things like UV rays, keeping the air balance etc. Most of all, in our language the sky is the symbol of strength and unity as it is holding the Earth together. It also gives me a sense of calm yet strong vibe which helps me soothe my mind.
I am grateful for the festival Durga Puja. It resembles the joy of good over evil. It is the symbol Courage, Fearlessness and Strength. This festival gives me immense pleasure as it is celebrated with joy in all over India.
I am really grateful for the CreatiVelo Project since it is helping me in so many different ways. It is helping me to boost my confidence and get out of my comfortable zone, creating my zone anywhere I want. It is helping me to attain a new level of trust as well.
I am forever grateful to my home. It had always been my comfort zone. When I was a kid and whenever dogs used to chase me, I used to run back to my home. I always think that there is a distinct difference between "House" and a "Home". Any apartment or flat or a bunglow can be called as a house right? But it takes a special place to be called a " Home". A home can be any place with the right people and right feelings attached to it ❤ and I am forever grateful that I have a place to call it as "MY HOME"
I am so grateful to Paul for always guiding us and helping us in every possible way. He is the best example of MAGIC. They way he narrates and sets examples, it's really amazing and I am so glad that I could be in his team. Thank you so much Paul for being our GPS and please keep us showing the right way.
I am grateful for today's Mental Health and Well-Being Workshop. It really helped me to understand some of the importance emotions. Also I really liked the conceptual difference between Empathy and Sympathy. It was really fun and knowledge gaining. I would like to give my vote of thanks to Purva for sharing her insights with us and inviting us to this wonderful session and also Thank you so much Veera for conducting this.
I would like to express my gratitude for all the books that has been providing me with all the knowledge and intelligence. My brain has been nurtured because of all the books and I am so thankful.
I am grateful to all the element teams - Legacy Builder, Visionaries and Mission Mover. Together we will be able to make our campaign "Spread the Light Campaign" a huge success. Let's make someone's diwali a happy happy diwali ❤🎇
I am so grateful to all my the vendors near my home who is just at 5 minutes away. I can always rely on them for all the things I want. I'm so thankful for them.
As I wrap up my today's work, I feel so grateful to be alive and live in this moment. Do you know that if you live in the future, you're anxious. If you live in the past, you're depressed. If you live in this moment, you are the happiest person alive that is why it is called present (gift). I am so grateful and thankful for this present.
Come join us with the mission of HOPE to enlighten everyone's diwali together !! 🦋
Let's make this Diwali more special ❤
Let the Countdown begin 🎊

Empowering Young Women : The "Being A Girl " Project ✨ We are excited to share our idea for the 10-10-10 Campaign 🎊 : - "Being a girl" is a project where we want to be that person who understands a girl when they are not mature enough to understand themselves, This project aims to support young girls during a crucial period of self-discovery, addressing the unique challenges they face. Schools play a vital role in a child's education, yet many lack the essential facilities to ensure that girls feel comfortable and confident in their bodies, In India, 25% of girls aged between 10 and 19 miss school when they are on their period. Reasons - • Fear of getting spots on their uniform. •Lack of access to sanitary products: The unavailability of sanitary napkins within the school environment can create significant barriers to attendance. •Lack of Education on personal hygiene. Our plan - We will be installing a sanitary pad vending machine to a school and collaborating with school authorities that the machine will be refilled from time to time and taken care of so that each and every girl feels safe and stress free when getting periods during school hours. How it Works: •We will purchase a sanitary pad vending machine with an initial stock of 30 pads. • An additional 30 pads will be provided to the school for the first refill. •The school will be responsible for ongoing refills, ensuring continuous access for all girls. •Educate the students and teachers about personal hygiene and how to use the vending machine. Impact: • Young girls will feel safer and comfortable during school hours. • Reducing school absenteeism. We are seeking individuals interested in joining us for the campaign in empowering Young girls. If you are interested in joining please reach out to us or comment in this thread ❤ Thank you 🦋❤ Team Members :- Paul Ayesha Ankita Bandita Tuhina Mridu Aniket Shubhangkar 🦋

Mothers are the real architects, engineers, teachers of our lives, shaping us with their love, sacrifices, and unwavering belief in our potential. They carry us long before we take our first breath, and even when we stand on our own, they remain the invisible force that keeps us grounded. l She is the first to celebrate our victories and a person to never give up on us when we ourselves try to give up. Her words become the foundation of our courage, and her lessons guide us long after we think we no longer need them. No matter how far we go, a mother’s love is the one that made us the person we are today. ❤
Grateful for all the love and blessings around me 🦋❤
After my mother, the second woman who shaped me with love and strength is the love of my life, my best friend - My Girlfriend - the kind of love that transforms a man. Through every high and low, she has been my anchor, believing in me when I struggled to believe in myself. She didn’t just love me she nurtured me, challenged me, and stood by me, shaping me from a boy with dreams into a man with purpose. Her care, patience, and unwavering faith in me have been my greatest strength, and no matter how far I go, I know I wouldn’t be here without her. 🦋❤
"We cannot change everything we face, but nothing can be changed unless and untill we face it". Personally this line hit me and I'm so grateful for it.
My Grandmother is so full of love wrapped in warmth and so many stories. She takes care of me like I’m still a child (for her always will be), reads me stories, and massages my head with the kind of care only she can give. She insists, forces me to never leave empty-handed, slipping money into my hands with a look that says, Don’t even try to refuse. And when it comes to food, no chef in the world can match the magic of her cooking. She isn’t just my grandmother; she’s my safe space, my storyteller, and the heart of our home.
Grateful for a peaceful and relaxing evening mindfulness walking ❤🦋
A huge thank you and grateful to Twinkle Bauddh, who is more than just a mentor; she is an elder sister, a guiding light, and an extraordinary leader who has shaped not only my professional journey but also my personal growth. She didn’t just lead us through the CreatiVelo 2024 journey—she led me through important crossroads in my career and life, offering wisdom, support, and the kind of tough love that fuels real growth. With resilience, vision, and unwavering belief in those she mentors, she pushes people to become the best versions of themselves. An inspiring role model and a true leader, she has left an indelible mark on my journey, and I am grateful to have her as a guiding force in my life.
My sister and her daughter are two of the brightest lights in my life. My sister has always been my anchor, my confidence, and my biggest supporter—guiding me, challenging me, and standing by me no matter what. And now, seeing her as a mother is even more inspiring. She pours the same love, strength, and wisdom into her daughter, raising her with the same warmth and care that she has always shown me. Her little one is a bundle of joy, laughter, and innocence, reminding me all kind of love. Together, they make my world brighter, filling it with love, laughter, and a bond that only grows stronger with time.
Grateful for Team India to have reached Finals 🦋❤🇮🇳

This picture holds some of the main characters of my life - My mum, my two sisters (one of them is getting married) and my two aunt. All of them possess such strong bond among themselves and with me that no words can describe. Their love and care towards me is still like a Baby-treatment.

All of them possess such strong bond among themselves and with me that no words can describe. Their love and care towards me is still like a Baby-treatment yet so adorable. Grateful for this sudden trip to visit my aunt and my sisters 🦋❤
Learning Lab Lessons - AI Learning Labs. My major take away from this learning lab is that we need to explore more and more integrated AI and this is the future. We need to treat AI as our teammates/friends instead of a tool.
Learning Lab Lessons - Decoding CD connect process - my major key take away is that although we might have the same person as PL and CD, we should still have discussions on our progress. Also, we need to discuss and analyze on how the sprint went son that we get better and better results in the next sprint.
I am so grateful for yesterday's learning lab lessons. It was so insightful and cleared so many perspectives. 🦋

Today's learning lab on DevOps coding practices - my key takeaway is to write clean and clear codes with keeping well documented record of it. Logic behind any language is always similar with a little difference of writing practices.
Today's learning lab lesson on 101 sprint planning and execution - my key takeaway is that i have to be present in all the sprint plannings to understand the workflow and plan structure. To keep a backlog of all the planning is a very essential step in order to keep track of the progress.

🌼 KINDNESS STORY OF THE DAY 🌼 "The Slippers Story" Yesterday evening, I noticed that my mom's favourite Sandals were totally worn-out. I went to the market and bought a new, soft pair online in her favorite colour. I placed them by her bed. She smiled when she saw them, one of those quiet smiles that say everything. 💛
Grateful for the kindness campaign that started today 🦋
🌻 KINDNESS STORY OF THE DAY 🌻 "The Bus Stop Gesture" On my way back from gym, I saw an elderly man struggling to carry two heavy bags at the bus stop. People were walking past, but something in me said , just help. I walked up, offered to carry one of the bags, and helped him board the bus. He smiled and said, “It’s rare to see kindness in young generations without reason these days.” That one moment made my whole day feel meaningful. 💙
Grateful for the river dyke which gives me my peace zone 🦋
🌷 KINDNESS STORY OF THE DAY 🌷 "The Lunchbox" Today while dropping my little sister at school, I noticed one of her classmate who is also my neighbour's kid, is quietly sitting alone at a far away corner. I went up to him and asked him "What's the matter?" He replied "He didn’t bring anything to eat." I went to the school canteen and bought two sandwiches and offered it to him. His face lit up as if someone had given him a whole feast. Even sandwiches can be a reason to smile. 🥪😊
🌼 KINDNESS STORY OF THE DAY 🌼 "The Forgotten Charger" Tosay in the library, a girl at the next table looked super stressed—her laptop was about to die, and she was looking for her charger, which she had forgotten at home. I had the same model and quietly slid mine over to her and said, “Use it, I’m just reading anyway.” She looked up, surprised, and smiled with relief.
Grateful for a beautiful day near the river 🦋
🌟 KINDNESS STORY OF THE DAY 🌟 "Waking Up Dad" Earlier this morning, I noticed my dad had forgotten to set his alarm and looked completely drained. Instead of waking him up harshly, I made him a cup of tea, gently tapped his shoulder, and said, “Take five more minutes… your tea’s waiting.” He sat up slowly, smiled at me, and said, “That’s the best alarm I’ve ever had and gave me a gentle pat on the back.”
Grateful for milk that makes our bones stronger 🦋
🌼 KINDNESS STORY OF THE DAY 🌼 "The Lost Earring" While walking back from a shop, I saw a woman searching something near the road. I asked if she needed help, and she said she had dropped one of her earrings which is an old gift from her mom. I got down and helped her look through the grass and cracks in the sidewalk. Came home, installed it, and watched the fan smoothly spin for the first time in days.
💧 KINDNESS STORY “Warm Water for Her Cough” I noticed my grandma coughing softly in the other room. Without saying much, I quickly rushed to the kitchen, warmed some water, and took it to her. She smiled and said, “You always know.” A small gesture, but her comfort meant the world.
🍕 KINDNESS STORY “Pizza, Laughter & Us” After a long week, I surprised my girlfriend with her favorite pizzas. No occasion, no reason, just us, the comfort of warm slices, and hours of laughter. Sometimes, kindness is simply showing up with extra cheese and a full heart.
🎬 KINDNESS STORY “A Movie Date with Mum & Dad” Booked surprise tickets for a movie my parents had been wanting to watch. Got snacks, grabbed the best seats, and just watched them smile like kids again. Sometimes, kindness is about creating memories with the people who made your childhood magical.
🍽️ KINDNESS STORY “Dinner with My Family” After the movie, I decided to order in all of my family’s favorite dishes. We sat together, laughed over stories, and shared bites off each other’s plates. It wasn’t fancy—but it was full of love. Sometimes, kindness is simply showing up and sharing a meal.
🌙 KINDNESS STORY “Midnight Quiet Care” Last night, I woke up and noticed the fan was spinning fast. I saw Mom curled up, slightly shivering in her sleep. Without making a sound, I got up and turned it off. It was a small gesture, but it felt like love in motion.
🎬 KINDNESS STORY “Brave Act in a Scary Scene” Today, we were watching a scary movie at home—one of those with sudden jump scares and creepy background music. My little brother was pretending to be brave, but I noticed him inching closer, clearly spooked. Without saying much, I casually placed my hand on his shoulder and cracked a silly joke about the ghost’s hairstyle. We both burst out laughing and, just like that, fear turned into fun.
🌟 KINDNESS STORY “Helping Carry Groceries” Just outside a nearby store, I saw an elderly woman struggling with a few heavy grocery bags. I offered to help and walked her to her rickshaw, carrying the bags along the way. She smiled warmly and blessed me—such a simple gesture, but it made both our days feel lighter.

🧼 KINDNESS STORY “Cleaning the Bathroom Tiles” It wasn’t anyone’s chore in particular, but the bathroom tiles had started looking dull and stained. Instead of waiting for someone else to notice, I rolled up my sleeves, grabbed the brush and cleaner, and spent some time scrubbing every corner.
🌅 KINDNESS STORY “Morning Walk with Grandma” Today, I woke up early and invited my grandma for a walk. She smiled—surprised, a little hesitant, but happy. We walked slowly along the quiet lane, the morning breeze gently brushing past us. She pointed at blooming flowers, spoke of her childhood, and I just listened.
🎮 KINDNESS STORY “Just Us: Gaming with My Little Brother” Since today is a Sunday, instead of diving into my something else, I paused everything to sit down and play with my little brother. We laughed over silly moves, argued over scores, and ended up rolling on the floor in giggles.
🎉 KINDNESS STORY “A Little Surprise for Their Big Day” Yesterday was Mom and Dad’s anniversary, and I wanted the evening to feel a little extra special. 🌟 I helped set up a small celebration at home—lit a few candles, played their favorite old songs, and arranged a sweet dinner. They didn’t expect it. Their smiles said it all.
📚 KINDNESS STORY “Late Night Revisions & Sibling Bonds” My little brother was feeling anxious about an upcoming test, and I could see the stress on his face. So, I sat beside him, helped him revise chapter by chapter, and made the tough concepts a bit easier to understand.
🕊 KINDNESS STORY “A Tiny Visitor in Trouble” This morning, I found a pigeon sitting quietly in the corner of our balcony, trembling slightly. It looked tired and confused, possibly hurt. I gently placed a bowl of water and some grains nearby and let it rest. I even shaded the spot with an old cloth so it felt safe. After a while, it perked up, took a few sips, and eventually flew away.
📺 KINDNESS STORY “The Remote Rescue” This afternoon, my dad was struggling with the TV remote, it just wouldn’t work, no matter how many times he pressed the buttons. I took it, opened the back, replaced the batteries, and cleaned the contacts. Within minutes, it was working perfectly again. He smiled, switched on his favorite channel, and said, “Now that’s an engineer.”
