As I walked to the market, two individuals with visual differences approached me, seeking donations and charity. In response, I politely explained that this approach might not address their underlying challenges. Instead, I introduced them to the concepts of NANO and e-learning ALTIUS. I clicked the recipt's picture, initially hesitant on listening the concepts, I replied I'll visit their orgainsation soon to share the details and our vision & mission, they eventually smiled and wished me a good day.

I have a helper, the day before yesterday, she showed her concerned about her outfit for an upcoming function, feeling too thin built to fit into anything nicely. I proactively listened to her situation and I told her that, by God’s grace, first thing is she had no underlying health conditions and should be grateful for that. I then reminded her that we are all built differently and that's perfectly okay. I highlighted her other wonderful qualities. She thanked me, and with newfound confidence, she happily looked at herself in the mirror. This moment showed me how a few kind words can uplift someone's spirit #WemakeAwesomeHappen#KindnessMatters

Today, I decided to brighten someone's day with a simple act of kindness. I gave a chocolate to my helper's daughter. Seeing her face light up with joy gave me a smile.#KindnessMatters#IchooseTobeKind

I wanted to share my act of kindness for today. I gifted my helper’s 10 month old daughter a music-toy as a token of appreciation to the support my helper provides. It felt wonderful to see the smile on her face.

This morning, I noticed our car washer sitting on a bench, looking tired. As I passed by, I asked him how he was and if he was in good health. He smiled and mentioned that he was fine but had missed his morning meal. I smiled back and treated him with chole bhature at a nearby shop.#Kindnessmatters#choosetobekind

This morning, I gave a helping hand to my mum at kitchen.

At the end of the day, I saw my helper exhausted, I offered her a glass of water and asked her to relax and take a break.

With climate change becoming increasingly alarming, I decided to take action by showing kindness towards the environment. Last weekend, I planted five saplings on my terrace roof. Each day, I water and tend to them, watching them grow.#Kindnessmatters

I wanted to share a small act of kindness from yesterday evening. As I was heading to the ATM for a cash withdrawal, I noticed an elderly man leaving the ATM machine with his card still in it. Other than informing the guards and subjecting him to a long procedure and waiting in lines,I chose to return the card to him directly so that he wouldn’t be inconvenienced. My sister was stressed for her exams, so I cooked her breakfast to start her day in new energy, it gave a smile on her face.

As we were getting lunch ready, I asked for some extra rotis to share them with stray animals outside.

I ordered few groceries from Blink it and observed the Delivery person tired, so I offered him water and adviced that he was doing wonderful. He smiled and said thank you.

I cooked some dessert, and shared it with my helper. This gave her joy and a beautiful smile on her face.

While I was taking a cab service, I thanked the driver for the timely and a safe arrival.

At the grocery store, being in the que I saw a lady with her kids, troubling her to go to Park to play. I asked her to bill before me, she thanked to me for being kind enough.

I woke up early this morning and prepared an extra meal for my sister. She thanked me for this 🩷
