MY STORIES
Each day, a street dog visits us. We feed him rotis or biscuits, and watching him enjoy his meal fills me with joy and contentment.
During the vibrant Ganpati festival, traditional idol immersions pollute rivers. Every year, our family takes a different approach, showing kindness to the environment. We hand over our Ganpati idol to municipal stalls for recycling instead of immersing it. On the final day, we carry our adorned idol to a stall, feeling a sense of purpose. The idols are then recycled to create new ones for the next festival. This initiative reduces pollution and promotes sustainability. Each year, we leave the stall proud, knowing our act of kindness helps preserve the environment for future generations.🙏
At the gym today, I noticed my friend, who is physically challenged, looking to move to another machine to continue her exercise. Seeing her need, I offered my assistance. She gratefully accepted, and together we made our way to the machine. As she settled in, she turned to me with a warm smile and thanked me sincerely. Her gratitude touched me deeply, and I felt a profound sense of kindness and connection in my heart.
Today, while driving, I noticed a schoolgirl standing at the edge of the road, struggling to find a break in the traffic to cross. Seeing that no one was yielding, I decided to stop and let her pass. As she reached the other side safely, she turned back, her face lighting up with a grateful smile, and gave me a cheerful wave. It was a small moment, but it made my day.
Yesterday, I asked my mother to take a break and rest while I took on the responsibility of cooking dinner for our family. I put a lot of effort into preparing the meal, and it turned out to be delicious. This act of kindness brought joy to everyone at the table, and seeing my family's happiness made it all worthwhile.
On Friday, I attended a close relative's wedding. I spent some time helping my brother get ready, making sure he looked his best. Our efforts paid off—we both looked amazing and had a wonderful time at the celebration. It was a special moment of family bonding and shared joy.
I love sharing food with my family, believing that sharing is a true act of caring. Yesterday, we found just one laddu left in the sweet box. When my mom suggested I finish it, I decided to make it a special moment. I offered everyone a bite, spreading the sweetness around, before enjoying the final piece myself.
In the chilly, rainy weather, a dog that visits our doorstep every day was shivering and sleeping in the cold. Showing a simple act of kindness, I covered him with a cloth to help keep him warm.
Yesterday, a man arrived at our doorstep, seeking clothes, food, and money for an orphanage and old-age home. As responsible and compassionate individuals, we felt compelled to contribute to his cause. We gathered some clothes and handed them over, hoping to make a small but meaningful difference in the lives of the children at the orphanage and old people. This simple act of kindness reminded us of the importance of helping those in need and the power of community support.
On the occasion of Guru Purnima, I expressed my heartfelt gratitude to my teachers and mentors by sending them a note of thanks.
Today, I went to the ATM to withdraw some money. I noticed a couple struggling with the machine, unable to complete their transaction. Seeing their distress, I offered my assistance and successfully helped them withdraw their money.

In light of the flood danger threatening our area, we decided to take precautionary measures by moving our belongings to safer locations. It was heartening to see our neighbors come together in this time of need; several of them offered their help to ensure our possessions were safely relocated. Wanting to reciprocate their kindness, I also assisted a neighbor with moving their belongings to a secure place. This mutual support and cooperation highlighted the strength and solidarity within our community during challenging times.

It draw my attention to self-awareness, helping me recognize both my strengths and growth areas. The program provided me a clear, inspiring path toward becoming the leader I aspire to be. I feel empowered, motivated, and ready to make a meaningful impact, carrying these lessons forward in both my personal and professional journey.
I am grateful for festivals. they bring joy, unite hearts and remind us to celebrate life together.
I am grateful for technology and the way it brings ease and convenience to our lives.
This morning, I decided to surprise my husband with something simple but meaningful. I picked a few flowers from our garden — the ones he loves most — and left them with a note saying how proud I am of him. It wasn’t a big gift, just a quiet moment of love. But when he saw it, his whole face lit up. Sometimes, the smallest acts of kindness leave the biggest impact. 🌸❤️
A lovely white cat visits my home daily. Today, I gave her some fresh roti, and it made me so happy to see her eat it. Small acts of kindness connect us, even with animals. I'm thankful for these times.
Yesterday, it rained a lot where I live. My Amazon package was coming. When the delivery guy came, it was raining very heavily. So, I asked him to come inside my house. I told him to wait until the rain slowed down. It was also very cold outside, so I gave him some hot tea. It felt good to help him. A small act of kindness can make a big difference, especially for people working hard in bad weather!
Today, while grocery shopping, one person asked me for food. I simply went back into the store, bought a packet of biscuits, and gave it to him. A small act, but it felt good to help.
Today, my husband and I were on a peaceful beach walk in Ratnagiri. After enjoying our chips, we put the packet in the dustbin, as always. We then noticed other trash nearby, so we simply picked it up and cleaned the area a bit. It felt good. Sometimes, kindness is just about doing the right thing, even when no one's watching. 🌊✨
