MY STORIES
A few days ago, a group of field workers started working near my house. Every day, I watched them labor tirelessly under the scorching. They were clearly dedicated and hard-working, but the intense heat seemed unbearable. One particularly hot afternoon, I decided to do something to help. I filled a bottle with cool water and a bottle of juice.I offered them the drinks, and they accepted with wide smiles and heartfelt thanks.I continued this daily until they were working there.
Some days ago, while I was on my bike, I saw an elderly person who seemed to be going somewhere. I offered him a lift and took him to his destination, even though it was far from where I was headed.
It might be a weird story to share but I am sharing anyways. I have Arachnophobia which is a fear of Spiders. Whenever I see a spider I can kill it but instead I choose to just catch it with a broom or a box and release it outside. As famously said by RUDY FRANSISCO "She asks me to kill the spider. Instead, I get the most peaceful weapons I can find. I take a cup and a napkin. I catch the spider, put it outside and allow it to walk away. If I am ever caught in the wrong place at the wrong time, just being alive and not bothering anyone, I hope I am greeted with the same kind of mercy."
Yesterday my Friend's brother was going to an internship in another city and trying to find a place to live but was not able to find it. So my friend called me so I called all my contacts from there and finally was able to find him a nice place to live.
Yesterday, there was rainfall, and a dog that we regularly fed was sitting outside our house. The dog appeared distressed and was audibly seeking help. Upon investigation, we discovered her small puppies exposed to the rain.We relocated them to a dry, sheltered area.
While walking alongside the road I noticed there were some nails there which could lead to a serious accident so I pick nails from the road to prevent any mishapening
Some days back when I was at the bus stand, there was an old lady who was selling pens even though I didn't need pens that time I bought 20 pens from her. She looked happy. I wanted to give some money but she refused. Then I am giving pens to school going kid or anyone who needs it for free.
Today my junior from college called me and he needed some money urgently. I immediately sent money so that he could pay attention to the matter rather than money.
Yesterday I saw a man who was pushing elderly lady in a wheelchair and he was struggling to push it over a ramp. So I helped him to do so.
There was a cow near a dumpster and there was polythene everywhere and the cow was trying to find something to eat and was about to eat polythene bag . I immediately removed the polythene from the cow and picked up all the litter and put it back in the bin. Then gave the cow some Rotis.
I was outside a temple When I saw a boy standing there and waiting for someone. It was a hot day he looked very anxious so I bought a water bottle and offered him water At first he was hesitant but as I was with my family he took the water. He looked refreshed soon His friends came for whom he was waiting for.
Yesterday,I was sitting outside the house when I saw a little boy sitting alone with a bat and ball. There was no one to play with him and he was hesitating to ask me to play with him so I asked him myself. He was happy and we started playing I myself was very stressed , playing with him calmed me down a little bit.
My dog has injured its leg and needs constant attendance by one person to apply medicine etc. So I help my family everyday to make sure medicine is applied and the wound gets better. Even though dogs may not like this as medicine burns on wounds but we have to do this. This is one of the kind stories I can recall in recent times.
I went to purchase some things and there were two shops which were of the same kind. they both sell the same kind of goods. These shops were in my local area so I have been seeing them since childhood. But I always brought everything from the 1st shop. But lately the second shop has not had much sales for the last 3-4 years. But I never paid much attention until recently when I went to buy something I thought let's buy from the second one . Then I realised for me it doesn't matter from where I buy first or second doesn't make much difference for me and first shop but it definitely means a lot to the second which was clearly visible in the shopkeeper's eyes.
I was heading home from the hospital on my vehicle on a hot afternoon. I saw an old lady sitting on the side of the road, as she was unable to walk. So, I gave her a lift. Her house was 3-4 kilometers after mine, but instead of dropping her where it was convenient for me, I took her all the way to her house and then came back to mine.
An older man was struggling at an ATM, not understanding the instructions. I was behind him patiently helped him withdraw. The man insisted on giving me some money as thanks, but I declined and said, “Just bless me, Uncle.” He smiled and gave me blessings.
Today my friend was going somewhere but he got late and missed the bus. He immediately called me and I helped him to catch the bus saving him many hours.
Today as it was raining heavily I saw my father was alone doing drainage from crop fields so I helped him which made work finish faster.
I assisted my cousin in filling out his examination form when he was struggling with the process. He had planned to visit a cyber café, where he would have been charged a fee for the service. Instead, I offered to help him complete the form and also paid the examination fee on his behalf.
